To confirm your accommodation at The N1 Hotel & Campsite in Victoria Falls, full payment is required before your
arrival. Bookings made at The N1 Hotel & Campsite in Victoria Falls will be held for 24 hours and then cancelled
without notice if payment is not received.
Our Low season cancellation policy is as follows - 48 hours or more before check-in – we will refund you 100% of your
deposit. Less than 48 hours before check-in – unfortunately there will be no refund.
Our High season cancellation policy - More than 7 days before check-in – we will refund you 100% of your deposit and
less than 7 days before check-in – unfortunately there will be no refund.
Our Child Policy in our rooms is as follows - 0-7 years are free of charge when sharing with an adult, however no
additional bedding is provided. We have a maximum allowance of 2 children per room sharing. Children over the age
of 7 years pay the normal adult sharing rate. Our Child Policy in Campsite and Dormitory - Children over the age of
7 years pay normal adult rate.
Please note that all our valued guests are required to produce a valid Passport or ID at check in. Could you kindly
make sure one of these documents is available for a smooth and fast experience.
